The apartment is perfect for people who come to the city to attend conferences since it is very close to La Fira de Barcelona. This spacious apartment has an area of 75m², perfect for couples or families.
It includes 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom with two single beds, and two double rooms with comfortable double beds. The bathroom has a built-in shower and all the necessary powder room utensils for a pleasant stay. We also want to mention that the recently renovated kitchen has all the appliances needed for cooking, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. In this kitchen you will be definitely able to prepaire the most delicious dishes.
One of the characteristics that make this apartment a warm and cozy place is the spacious dining room, where the sun enters during the day. Here, you can also find a sofa bed. There is also a small terrace with a table and two chairs, that you can access through the living room, and it's perfect to have a glass of wine in the evening, or a soft drink during the day.
The apartment has also heating, ceiling fans in each room and Wi-Fi.
This charming area is close to the Camp Nou (the FC Barcelona stadium), perfect for the museum visit and the tourism tour to the football field. The Plaza España, one of the most emblematic spaces of the Catalan capital, can be reached by metro in just five minutes. Here, you can contemplate the light and water games of the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, or appreciate the panoramic views of the city in the Las Arenas shopping center. The conference and convention center La Fira Barcelona is also very close to the apartment.
The neighborhood also allows convenient transportation to any part of the city as it is close to many metro stations (L1 Mercat Nou, L5 Plaza de Sants), bus stops and the train station Renfe-SNCF "Sants Estació".
